C.R.A.F.T. Discipline Communication & Salon Etiquette

When a young hairdresser joins a salon team they sometimes lack the confidence to communicate with maximum effect.  This one day course will teach all young potential hairdressers how to communicate with their customers and colleagues with ultimate professionalism, both verbally and with body language.  We will then look at how they can really add value whilst working in a salon from answering the phone, introducing themselves to clients, supporting their colleagues and finally how to carry out a Biolage Head Massage.  They will leave this course with confidence as well as the knowledge of how to add value to your salon.
